He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brothers, Bobby Weaver, Sr., William "Butch" Payne and Ricky Lee Payne; his daughter Kimberly Payne; his mother Martha Payne; his sister Donna Cochran of Debbie Edwards; his son-in-law James Taylor; and his grandchildren, Preston Taylor, Nicholas Taylor and Wendell Taylor.
