He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Warren and Retha Stark Warren; his brother Jerry; and his brothers-in-law, Rick Freeborn and Rich Paxton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Crimmins (Tom) and Erika "Rikki" Warren (Lencho Ayala); his grandchildren, Arrianna, Abbigail, Isaias, Maci, Ellie and Alaina; his siblings, Shirley Partain (Jim) of Fairland, IN, Sherry Paxton, Rita Freeborn and William Warren; his pet Kitty; and his friend Juanita "Tinker" Beaver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
