He is survived by: his wife Darlene Farmer Payne of Concord, NC; his children, Kelly Payne of West Virginia, Ricky Lee Payne, Jr. (Brandy) and Anthony Farmer (Destiny); and his siblings, Richard Payne, Donna Elaine Cochran and Debbie Edwards. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
