He is survived by: his wife Dene Giauque Hocken; his children, Christopher Hocken (Teresa) of Oakboro, NC, Michael Price (Vanessa) of Reva, VA, Valerie Price (Brandon Barker) of Concord, NC, Jeffrey Price (Lisa) of Huntersville, NC and Joshua Hocken (Jennifer) of Holly Springs, NC; his grandchildren, David Scroger, Victoria, Elizabeth, Michael Price, Sebastian, Phoebe Huggins, Preston, Samantha Price, Aiden and Autumn Hocken; and his brother John Hocken (Patricia) of Eugene, OR. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
