He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Morris V. Fox and Orhea Stose Fox; his sons, Stephen Lynn Fox and Robert M. Fox, Jr.; his wife Ettamay Ellen Patrick Fox; his children, Melvin O. Fox (Tina) of Celeste, Texas and Orhea Fox of Concord; and his brother Richard Fox of Vendocia, Ohio. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
