He was predeceased by: his parents, Hezekiah Wright (Hez) and Louise Ely Wright; his wife Clara E Wright; his son David L Wright; and his siblings, Vivian Wright and Roy Wright.
He is survived by: his children, Robert L Wright (Sherry), Calivn E Wright (Caroline), James E Wright (Tammy), Steven O Wright (Michelle), Joey J Wright and Keyonna K Wright; his stepson Tesjuan T Hyland (Tondra); his siblings, Joe Wright, George Wright, Nancy Wright and Virginia Wright; his friend Kimberly A Hyland; and his close friend Dallas. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren; four nieces; three nephews.
