He was predeceased by: his mother June. He is survived by: his brother Eddie Whitehead (Rena) of Ramseur; his nephew Lee Whitehead (Erin) of Randleman; his great-niece Erica Welch of Coleridge; and his great-nephew Bryson Whitehead of Randleman.
