He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Wells and Lena Parker Wells; and his siblings, John P. Bunch, Helen Wells and Margaret Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Joan McDaniel Wells; his children, Kelly Wells, Lisa Fortin (Eric) and Jason D. Wells (Amy); his grandchildren, Logan Wells, Peyton Wells, Michael Fortin (Sophie) and Bret Fortin (Chekaira); and his siblings, Jerry Wells (Anita) and Mary Wier (Joseph). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
