Ruby Furr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2020, at the age of 90, Ruby Furr (Concord, North Carolina) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ruby Furr to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Hatley and Cara Strube Hatley; her husband Daddy; her sisters, Marie Wilhoit, Pauline Cruse and Edith Utley; and her son-in-law John Yelton.
She is survived by: her children, Jean Kennedy (Delmar), Linda Scarbrough (Vance), Susan Furr-Yelton and Tommy Furr (Celia); and her grandchildren, Kristie Kennedy Aponte (Fabricio), Adam Furr (Jennifer), Emily Hogan (Matthew), Melissa Scarbrough and Jennifer Scarbrough. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Kerr Memorial Baptist Church for the Lottie Moon Christmas offering.
