It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Love of Concord, North Carolina, born in Kannapolis, North Carolina, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Willis Hartsell and Ora Hartsell of Virginia; her husband John Hoyte Love; and her siblings, Edna Freeze, Jacob Craven Hartsell (J. C.), Hugh David Hartsell, Ralph Philmore Hartsell and Larry Wayne Hartsell.
She is survived by: her sisters, Colene Goodman of Concord, NC and Mary Kissiah of Concord, NC; her son Dwight Love (Jill) of Concord, NC; her granddaughter Kimberly Jolley (Mike); her great grandchildren, Ava and Elle Jolley; and also, Windy Goodman, Rathel and Ellen Goodman.
Donations may be made to Transitional Health Care Services, Immanuel Baptist Church of Concord and Saint John's Lutheran Church of Concord.
