She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Lincoln Hodge and Clara Snyder Hodge; her husband Hubert Hugh Farmer; her son Joseph Hubert Farmer; and her siblings, Faye Hodge, Venia Hodge, Pauline Morris, Lester, Sam and Garfield Hodge.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Alice Jenkins of Mountain City, TN, Robert Lester Hackney (Pamela) of Concord, NC, Jack Earl Hackney (Melissa) of Mountain City, TN, Katherine Louise Powell and Tammy Farmer of Concord, NC; her sister Bess Hagy of Bluff City, TN; her grandchildren, Amanda, Holly Rhymer, Jessica Thompson, Katherine Brooke Powell, Kyle Franklin, Seth, Dallas Blackwelder, Dawn Almond and Juline Hughes; her great grandchildren, Marley Snyder, B. J. Barlow, Jeremiah, Teagan Thompson, Peyton Almond, Chloe Stancil, Waylon, Izzie Ford and Levi Hughes; and her great great grandchild Elyza Kaie Stancil. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
