He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian M. Williams and Carolyn Overcash Williams. He is survived by: his wife Amy Sloop Williams; his daughters, Cynthia D. Gigandet (Dave), Heather A. Frye (Tripper) and Amanda Nance; his brother Timothy L. Williams; and his grandchildren, Devin Filipski, Samantha Gigandet, William Gigandet and Declan Frye.
