She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd R. Rowland and Fannie Short Rowland; her sister Dorothy R. Wilson; her sister-in-law Jean Rowland; and her nephew James M. Rowland.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Betterton Biggs (Clinnie) of Concord, NC; her grandsons, Nicholas Biggs, Michael Biggs and Christian Biggs; and her brother Floyd Morgan Rowland.
