He is survived by: his wife Paulette Watson; his daughters, Olivia Watson and Amanda Watson of Concord, NC.; his granddaughters, Anairea Watson of Greensboro, NC and Aniyah Watson of Concord; his siblings, Luvenia Massey of Charlotte, NC., William Watson of Charlotte, NC and Richard Massey of Rockingham, NC.; his aunts, Rosetta Covington, Essie B Watson and Dorothy Watson of Charlotte, NC.; his uncle Ervin Lee Watson of Charlotte, NC.; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Barnette (John), Anna Gabriel, Janet Gabriel, Michelle Gabriel, Sholanda Gabriel of Concord, NC., Walter Gabriel (Linda) and Fred Gabriel Jr. of Concord, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
