He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rufus Allman and Stella Lee Allman; his wife Ann Talley Allman; his siblings, Robert "Bud" Allman and Geraldine Eagle; his niece Brenda Gilmore; and his grandson Britton Blake.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Blake (Joann) of Mt. Pleasant, NC, Michael Blake (Jennifer) of Mt. Pleasant, NC and Allen Blake of Concord, NC; his grandchildren, Matthew Blake, Kristen Blake, Sara Blake, Nathan Blake (Valerie) and Jessica Blake; and his great grandchildren, Millie, Brooks, Alex, Aspen and Oakley.
