He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel Dwight. He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Barnett Evans; his wife Patsy Smith Evans; his son Todd Eugene Evans (Chinami) of Schaumburg, IL; and his brother Darrell Wayne Evans (Nancy) of Salisbury. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
