He is survived by: his wife Margaret Thompson Talley; his son Kevin Talley (Phoebe, Marty Talley); his brother Tracy Talley (Carol); his grandchildren, Stacy Willis (Brad), Joseph Talley, Tabitha Plummer (Aaron) and David Talley (Amanda); and his great grandchildren, Emily, Taylor, Easton and Thomas.
