She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wilkinson and Betty Furr Wilkinson. She is survived by: her husband Leon Arthur Long; her children, Amy Long Daniel (Chris) and Mark Lee Long; her brothers, Harold and Jim Wilkinson; her granddaughter Megan Windham (Will); and her great grandchildren, Isabella Windham and Kendric Windham.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tucker Hospice House, 5003 Hospice Lane, Kannapolis, NC 28081.
