She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Stephens and Levolia Puckett Stephens; her husband George L. Foster; her former husband Alfred B. Ingle; and her siblings, Wanda Neaville, Frances Brooks, Audrey Pinner and Chuck Stephens. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
