He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Henley Vanderburg; his children, Timothy Vanderburg, Steve Vanderburg, Dennis Vanderburg, Micah Vanderburg and Lisa Smith; and his siblings, John Wayne Vanderburg and Cathy Chilton. He is also survived by grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
