He was predeceased by: his brother James Safrit. He is survived by: his children, Richard Safrit (Kelly), Donna Safrit, Sheri Walker (William), Nicholas Safrit (Kristi) and Angel Mann (Dustin); his grandchildren, Judah, Justice, Nathaniel, Jackson, Kinsley, Brodie and David; and his siblings, Tim Safrit, Mary Huneycutt, Kay Hardy and Doris Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
