He was predeceased by: his brother Virgil "Buck" Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his siblings, Nelllie Mclellan, Margaret Bullard, Virginia Freeman, Sylvia Parker and Charles; his son Stacy; his daughter-in-law Ann-Charlotte; his daughter Leslie Couch; his son-in-law Ken; and his grandchildren, Cade, Tyler, Gabby, Sydney and Jenna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
