He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean Love Maxwell; his son Terry Maxwell; and his brothers, Frank Maxwell and Fred Maxwell. He is survived by: his son David Maxwell (Robin) of Concord; his daughter-in-law Pat Maxwell of Concord; his grandsons, Chris Maxwell, Justin Maxwell (Kendra) and Nathan Maxwell; his great grandchildren, Isaac Maxwell, Natalie Maxwell and Oliver Maxwell; and his siblings, Wood Maxwell (Ann) and Louise Fink. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
