He is survived by: his parent Effie Lee Pierce Moody; his children, Tiffany Moody Yelton (Ken) of Concord and Derek Moody of Concord; his siblings, Polly Morris of Concord, Garri Liford of Granbury, TX, Marilyn Altland of Asheville, Carol Kinney of Chuluota, FL, Edwin Moody of Andrews, NC, Morris Moody of Robbinsville, NC and James "Jimmy" Moody of Crestview, FL; his grandchildren, Bradley Yelton, Jennifer Yelton, Heather Yelton, Justin Moody, Kaitlyn Moody and Neil Moody; and his wife Parkwood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
