He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mack Starnes, Sr. and Pauline Whitaker Starnes. He is survived by: his wife Renate Wildemann Starnes; his daughter Sheila Starnes Lambeth of Lexington; his grandson Nathan Lambeth (Alissa Rosetta) of Lexington; and his brother Eddie Starnes (Ruby Ann) of Hereford.
