She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther James Matthews and Wilma Elizabeth Fussell Matthews; her brother Jim Matthews; and her husband Rev. Larry Michael Heath. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Heath, Jr. (Melissa Marie Moore) and James David Heath of Concord; her grandchildren, Carson Heath, Weston Heath, McKinley Heath, Bryan Heath (Kendra), Andrew Heath and Aaron Heath; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Ava, Eliora and Declan; and her brother Ronald Matthews (Althea) of Huntersville. She is also survived by niece and nephews.
