He is survived by: his wife Lillian Kirby Burton (Lil); his children, Caren Elizabeth Burton of Concord and Nathan Reid Burton (Christy) of Concord; his granddaughter Kaitlyn; his brother Randal Burton (Teresa) of Franklinville; and his sister-in-law Sherry Burton of Murfreesboro, TN.
