She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Deloatch and Blanche Deloatch. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Wiggins of Lewiston, NC, Grinda Arrington of Conetoe, NC, Kenneth Arrington of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Rodney Arrington of Greenville, NC, Deborah Arrington of Albany Georgia and Selma Renee Wilkins of Rocky Mount, NC; and her siblings, Charles Graham of Severn Maryland, William Deloatch of Tarboro, NC, James Deloatch of Dover Delaware and Rosa Osborne of Washington, DC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
