He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Ann Berth; his children, Johnny Hinton (Faye) of Brooklyn, Tarboro of Brooklyn, George Berth of Brooklyn, Irvin Dwayne Berth of Brooklyn, Gwenda Nicks, Pinetops and Georgette Faulk; and his siblings, Bessie Bennble (James) of Maryland, Bettie Sherrod, Princeville, Brenda Pittman, Tarboro, Dorsey Birth (Edna), Pinetops and James Edward Birth (Cleo) of Maryland. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
