He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cullen Cobb and Artie Missy Cobb. He is survived by: his children, James E. Cobb Jr. of Bethel, NC and Regina Randolph of Greenville, NC; and his sisters, Mary C. Little of Baltimore, MD and Fostina C. Lynch of Conetoe, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
