He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Lee Causway Andrews and John David Andrews Sr.. He is survived by: his wives, Ellyn Andrews of Conetoe and Kristie of Macclesfield; his daughters, Charlene Barfield (Rikki) of Crisp, Kimery Andrews and Nathan Sain of Conetoe; and his sisters, Christene Watson (Lynn) of Elm City and Gloria Moseley of Conetoe.
