She was predeceased by: her parents, Remus Tally Blackwood and Sybil Posey Blackwood; her husband Herman Smith Bolick, Sr.; her son Herman Smith "Smitty" Bolick, Jr.; and her siblings, Glenn Blackwood, Milton Blackwood and Mary Ethel Blackwood Massey.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda B. Bolick (Jerome) of Conover, NC; her daughter-in-law Opal Eckard Bolick of Conover, NC; her sister Peggy Blackwood Pittman of Hattiesburg, MS; her grandchildren, Chadwick Bolick (Gene Chan) of San Francisco, CA, Nicole Bolick Driver (Doug) of Raleigh, NC and Judith Lynn Bolick Munday (Cody) of Jacksonville, FL; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Driver and Madeline Driver.
