It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ned Eugene Sipe (Conover, North Carolina), born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on September 22, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Eugene Sipe and Nannie Elizabeth Hahn Sipe; his wife Marolyn Herman Sipe; his children, Mark Herman Sipe and Julie Catherine Sipe Klutz; and his brother Joe Sipe.

He is survived by: his daughter Tina Sipe of Conover, NC; his son-in-law Alan Klutz of Newton; and his grandsons, Addison Mark Klutz and Austin Charles Klutz of Boone, NC..
