She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Everett Setzer and Hattie Ruth Benfield Setzer; and her children, Dale Whitmire and Cynthia "Candy" Laws (late Charles Robert Whitmire). She is survived by: her sons, Bill Whitmire (Jeanne) of Newton and Doug Whitmire (Gwen) of Largo, FL; and her grandchildren, Denise Benfield, Chuck Whitmire, Michelle Larsen, Stacy Whitmire, Ashley Whitmire, Amy Moore, Andrea Evans, Kris Laws, Alex Laws, Crystal Bugel, Todd Whitmire, Star Whitmire and Tim Whitmire.
