It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Coulter Benson of Conover, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on August 9, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Coulter and Jessie Gilbert Coulter; her husband Steven Wade Benson; her sisters, Joyce Coulter Shook and Elizabeth Coulter Cooper; and her brother-in-law Norman Clay Bowman.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Martha Bowman, Myra Teague (Donny), Carroll Bolick (Erlene) and Edgar Bolick; and her nieces and nephews, Christa Griffin (Jim), Neil Bowman, Todd Bowman, Gary Eu, Brian Shook, Emily Pippen and Tamara Younce (Frank). She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews and other family members.
