He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lee Hefner and Katherine Louise Hefner Hendrix; and his sister Mary Ann Crouch. He is survived by: his son Andrew Hefner (Ginni) of Conover; his sister Tina Ramsey (Richard) of Maiden; his nephew Brad Lee Richard Ramsey of Maiden; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Allison, Harrison and Norah Hefner Numerous.
