He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore A. Plyler and Lois Riggs Plyler; his wife Mary Margaret; and his siblings, Kenneth and Mary Sue.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen Davey (Dean); his brother Curtis Plyler (Helen); his sister-in-law Margaret Plyler; and his friend Marie Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
