He is survived by: his father Leroy Way, Sr. of Kinston; his wife Sudie Skeens Way; his daughter Kamica Nicole Ethelrine Way; his sister Estella Wiggins of Pollocksville, NC; his adoptive children, Evelyn Brimmer Tate of Greensboro, Ezell Pheon Williams of New York City, Kamika Raby of Maryland and Gary Blount of Raleigh, NC; his sister Gretchen Wiggins McMullen of Accokeek; his nephew Xavier Wiggins of Jacksonville; and his aunt Earnease Way Presley of Delaware.
