With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillie Geraldine Sutton of Cove City, North Carolina, who passed away on January 16, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Parker Davis and Margaret Jolley Davis; her spouse Jesse Tilden "Buddy" Sutton; her son Rodney Curtis Sutton; and her brothers, Jimmy Davis and Allen Davis.

She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Saxe (David); her siblings, Roy Curtis Davis (Audrey), Myron "Doc" Davis (Helen) and Lynda Gaskins; and her grandchildren, Kimberly Kilpatrick, Heather Simpson, Lacey Randolph and Jarrett Sutton. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Geraldine's name to your favorite charity.
