He was predeceased by: his spouse Hazel Mae Pike Isley; his parent Everette Joel Isley, Sr.; and his siblings, Dorothy Cuthbertson, Ruth Hughes, Opal Isley, Jack Isley, Bill Isley and Horace Isley.
He is survived by: his parent Lessie Elizabeth Foster Isley; his daughters, Janice Frye (Gene) of Gastonia and Susan Simpson (Al) of Elgin, OR; his grandchildren, Shelley Collins (Brad), Jacob Frye (Catherine) and Gus Simpson (Atalie); his great grandchildren, Maggie Collins, Sam Collins, Benjamin Frye, Hunter Frye, Annabelle Frye and Judah Simpson; his sister Gail Thomas of Gibsonville; and his sister-in-law Rachel Isley of Liberty.
