He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Lee Haskins and Helen Connell Haskins. He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Bobby, Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and Deacon; his wife Judy Smith Haskins of Creedmoor, NC; his daughters, Amy Garrard (Scooter) of Stem, NC and Julie Hughes of Stem, NC; his grandchildren, Sarah Jeffrey (Christopher) of Rougemont, NC, Nathan Garrard (Kaylor) of Creedmoor, NC and Carly Carver (Zach) of Fayetteville, NC; and his great grandchildren, Brayleigh Moore, Tinsley Jeffrey and Kaylee Jeffrey. He is also survived by Brothers-in laws and Sister-in law.
Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Gardens in Creedmoor.In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Creedmoor, NC.
