He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas B. Werz and Ann Dillon Werz; and his sister Ann Marie Horner. He is survived by : his significant other Melissa Rhyne; his siblings, Ginger Werz-Petricka (Ron Petricka) and Thomas B. Werz, Jr. (Linda Jordan Werz); his nieces, Cari Werz Maconochie and Jane Horner Edwards; his nephew Thomas B. Werz, III; his daughter Julianne; his stepdaughter Stacy Rhyne-Smith (Brooks Smith); and his stepgrandchildren, Evelyn, Aidan, Ronan and Rebekah. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
