It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Makayla Leigh Ann Lane (Creedmoor, North Carolina), born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her daughter Kelly; and her grandparents, Buck and Mary Helen Oakley. She is survived by : her parents, Jason Wyatt Lane and Tina Oakley Lane; her daughter Emery Lane; her brother Jacob Lane; her grandmother Barbara Lane; her aunts, Penny Oakley (Aldric), Helen O. Thorpe (Barry) and Angela Oakley (Andy); and her cousins, A. J. (Brittany), Britteny (Tom), Ryan (Holden), Cameron and Austin.
