He was predeceased by : his parents, Maurice Daniel Howell, Sr. and Virginia Herman Howell. He is survived by : his daughter Penny Rogers (Kenny); his grandson Collin Alford of Franklinton; and his brothers, Daryl Howell (Brenda) and Kimmie Howell (Cynthia) of Granville County. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
