She is survived by : her sons, Mike Welborn, Jeff Welborn (Dana) and Mark Welborn (Renee); her grandchildren, Melissa, Makayla, Haley, Madison, Bradley, Jacob, Joshua, Holden and Peyton; and her great grandchildren, Joselin, Sofia, Gabriella, Juliana, Jorge and Isaiah. She is also survived by four sisters and one brother.
