She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Osborne and Roseally Woods Osborne; her husband John Thomas McCoy Sr.; her son Thomas Glenn McCoy; her grandson Joshua Paul McCoy; her siblings, Buck Osborne (Louise), Jesse Lee Osborne (Marie), Pearl Jones, Mary Lyalls and Betty Severt (Morris); and her nephews, Donnie Osborne and Tony Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, John McCoy Jr. (Angie) of Creston and Billy Osborne of Yadkinville; her siblings, Bud Osborne of Lansing, Ed Osborne of West Jefferson and Pauline Lynch of Lansing; and her grandchildren, Sammy Bradshaw (Emily Osborne) of Creston and Paul Price.
The family respectfully requests that any food donations please be brought to the church on Saturday rather than to the home.
