He was predeceased by: his parents, Rommie Roark and Hettie Price Roark; his stepmother Ruth Roark; his wife Della Ray Roark; and his children, Junior Price, Joe Price and Julie Price.
He is survived by: his daughter Sue Farmer of Creston; and his siblings, Gordon Roark of Creston, Grady Roark of Creston, Lee Roark of Creston, Rocky Roark of Creston, Grant Roark of Mountain City, Tennessee, Vertie Price of Ohio, Mary Roark of Creston and Jane Greer of Creston. He is also survived by his dog, Buddy; also surviving are several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
