He was predeceased by: his parents, Roby Eugene and Bonnie Elizabeth Latham Rash. He is survived by: his wife Goldia Snyder Rash; his children, Frankie Rash (Kathy) of West Jefferson and Debbie Potter (John) of Mountain City, TN; his grandchildren, Shannon Marie Goins, Stephen Mitchel Gentry, Jessica Lynn Phillips, Keisha Leanna Gawlik and Amanda Leigh Carpenter; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Ryan Phillips, Macie Woodie, Gracie Goins, Haley Carpenter and Skylar Carpenter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
