She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Samuel and Nell Josephine Price Sluder; and her brother Larry Sluder. She is survived by: her husband Robert Taylor; her son Mark Taylor of Georgia; and her sister-in-law Willa "Wid" Lawrence Sluder of Mountain City.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Crumpler, NC 28617). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Gardens (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Jefferson, NC 28640).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Riverview Community Center, 11719 N.C. Hwy 88 West, Creston, NC 28615, an organization close to Christina's heart.
