She was predeceased by : her parents, Ervin and Amanda; her siblings, Carroll, Blaine, Bobby, Clifton and Betty; her grandson Ty; her nephews, Eddie, Dale and Jay; and her great-niece Haley.

She is survived by : her husband Jack; her children, Melissa (Jonathan) and Kevin (Kim); her sister Glenda (John); her siblings-in-law, Kathleen, Bonnie and Arnold; and her great grandchild Chase.
